To endure demanding restaurant and bar environments, its front panel, door, wash tank, tank filters, wash arms, and rinse arms are made of durable, corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, and its smooth surfaces can be wiped clean between uses. For thorough cleaning, its washing system includes rotating washing arms, a high-powered wash pump, and a 3.17-gallon boiler, while its rinse and wash arms are interchangeable and removable to simplify cleaning. Its insulated double-skinned wall reduces noise in sound-sensitive areas, preserving heat during washing and rinsing cycles.
